Order by 4:00pm Monday–Friday for same-day delivery to supported London postcodes. Carried out by our dedicated courier partner (Stuart).
Your phone number is used to issue a secure PIN code which must be given to the driver on delivery. A live tracking link is also shared so you can follow the courier in real time.

Same-day packaging
Same-day orders are dispatched in a branded insulated cooler bag with ice gel packs, maintaining the correct temperature throughout transit. Refrigerate immediately on receipt.
Nationwide next-day delivery — DHL Express
Available to all UK mainland addresses, fulfilled by DHL Express. A tracking number will be emailed once dispatched.

Orders placed Monday–Wednesday before noon are dispatched the same day and arrive next day. Orders placed after noon are dispatched the following working day. Wednesday afternoon orders are processed on Monday for Tuesday delivery. Bank holiday orders ship the next business day.
DHL packaging
DHL orders are dispatched in a temperature-controlled insulated box with ice gel packs. Refrigerate immediately on receipt. Store in the coldest part of your fridge — the bottom shelf, towards the back. Minimum 90 days unopened from dispatch. Once opened, consume within 24–48 hours. Do not freeze.
Free Mayfair collection
Collect your order in person at no extra charge — no minimum order. Select at checkout.

Missed deliveries
We only deliver to the UK mainland. Any rescheduling, delays or missed deliveries initiated by the customer are entirely at the customer’s risk. We do not accept responsibility for spoilage or issue refunds for customer-initiated delivery changes.
