Perishable Goods — No Return Policy
All caviar products sold by Caviar Baruk are fresh, perishable food items. Due to their highly perishable nature, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any caviar or food products once dispatched, except as described below.
Your Statutory Rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you retain statutory rights in relation to products that are faulty, misdescribed or not fit for purpose. The right to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply to fresh or perishable goods.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Notify us within 24 hours at info@caviarbaruk.com with your order number and photographs. We will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Non-Food Items
Mother of Pearl spoons may be returned within 14 days unused. Return postage is at the customer's expense.
