Same-Day London Courier
Order by 4:00 pm Monday–Friday for same-day delivery to the postcodes below. Delivery is carried out by our dedicated courier service (Stuart).
Your customer’s phone number is used to issue a secure PIN code which must be given to the driver on delivery — this prevents parcels being accepted by the wrong person. A live tracking link is also shared so your customer can follow the courier in real time.

Orders placed Monday–Wednesday before noon are dispatched the same day and arrive next day. Orders placed after noon are dispatched the following working day. Wednesday afternoon orders are processed on Monday for Tuesday delivery. Bank holiday orders ship the next business day.

All orders are packed in a temperature-controlled insulated box with ice packs to maintain the cold chain. Please refrigerate immediately on receipt and consume within 24–48 hours of opening.
Missed Deliveries
We only deliver to the UK mainland. Any rescheduling, delays or missed deliveries initiated by the customer are entirely at the customer’s risk. We do not accept responsibility for spoilage or issue refunds for customer-initiated delivery changes.
