- Yes — caviar must be refrigerated immediately on receipt. Store in the coldest part of the fridge. Minimum 90 days unopened from dispatch. The cooler bag with ice packs maintains temperature for several hours if the recipient is not immediately home.

- Yes. Order by 4pm Monday to Friday for same-day delivery across Central London. Free same-day delivery on orders over £120.
